The Walk MS 2015 event, held on May 3 at M State Community College in Fergus Falls, raised more than $30,000 to help support programs and services for those with MS and their families.

The Upper Midwest Chapter in turn supports local self-help/care partner groups and research to stop MS in its tracks, to restore lost function and create a world free of MS.

“It was a great day, a good time for connecting up with family, friends, walkers and volunteers as we worked together to stop Multiple Sclerosis,” said the Go-Getters’ team co-captains, Mary Chase and Colleen Sazama.

Thanks for the Go-Getters’ success goes out to the many individuals, community groups and area businesses who contributed to the effort, as well as to the walkers and volunteers who helped make this year a success.
